便利さが一転して不便のドン底に、ってのはしょーがないべw

あと、簡単だけど驚くほど効果的だったのが、寝付く方法。
脳内で「あーーーーーーー」と一定の音を再生し続ける、それだけ。
人間の脳みそが、一度に一つのことしか意識できないのを利用したもので、
「あーーー」と再生することで、眠れなくなる脳内会話をさせないのだそうだ。
自分はこれで、一時期常用していた眠剤が不用になった。
